Kerr City/Ghost Town
Kerr City, is a Ghost Town in the Ocala National Forest. The town was deserted after the freeze of 1894/5. Alfred Brennan, Great Grandson of the original founder, George Smiley, still lives there, along with other family members.
Many of the homes have been remodeled and are available for rent.
Located off Hwy 316 in Salt Springs.
